Saved for a Relationship

Jun 7, 2026    Jonathan Lee

In Exodus 19, Israel arrives at Mount Sinai where God prepares them to enter into covenant relationship with Him. Before giving the Law, God reminds His people that He has carried them on "eagles' wings" and brought them to Himself. This chapter reveals that God's salvation is about more than rescue from bondage—it is about reconciliation and relationship with God.

In this message, we explore God's faithfulness to His promises, His calling for His people to be a holy nation and kingdom of priests, the reverence due His holy presence, and the need for a mediator. Ultimately, Exodus 19 points us to Jesus Christ, the greater Mediator who brings sinners into fellowship with God.
